Privacy Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how Cine Multimedia, provided by CINE MULTIMEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, handles information when you use the application. It describes the information you may enter, why it is used, whether it is stored, whether it is transmitted outside the device, how long it is retained, and how you can delete it.

Cine Multimedia is designed as a multimedia-services application that allows users to browse available creative services and prepare project-request details inside the app.

2. INFORMATION YOU ENTER

The Project Request form contains the following fields:

• Your Name — Required. Used to identify the person preparing the project request. The completed value is retained on the device as part of the latest saved request.
• Email Address — Required. Used as contact information within the project request. The app validates that the value is in a valid email-address format. The completed value is retained on the device as part of the latest saved request.
• Phone Number — Optional. Used as additional contact information when the user chooses to provide it. The completed value is retained on the device as part of the latest saved request.
• Selected Service — Required. Records the multimedia service selected for the project request, such as a service available within the app. The selection is retained on the device as part of the latest saved request.
• Project Type — Required. Records the type of project selected by the user. The selection is retained on the device as part of the latest saved request.
• Project Details — Required. Used to describe the user's project requirements. The app requires sufficient detail before the request can be completed. The entered text is retained on the device as part of the latest saved request.
• Optional File Selection — Optional. The app can open Android's system file picker so the user may select a project-reference file. The selected file is used only in the active form. Cine Multimedia does not save that file as part of the retained request record and does not automatically upload or transmit it to CINE MULTIMEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Information entered in the Project Request form is used to:

• validate required form fields;
• prepare and display the project brief inside the app;
• retain the latest completed request for the user's convenience and request history; and
• allow the user to review the latest request information within the application.

The Submit Request action does not send the project-request information to CINE MULTIMEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED or to an external server. Completion of the form confirms completion of the request details inside the app only.

4. LOCAL STORAGE AND RETENTION

The latest completed project request is stored locally on the user's device using the app's private preferences storage.

The locally retained request may include:

• name;
• email address;
• optional phone number;
• selected service;
• project type;
• project details; and
• request creation time.

The optional selected file is not included in the saved request record.

Retained request information remains on the device until one of the following occurs:

• the user selects the Clear Local Data option in the app;
• the user clears Cine Multimedia's app storage through Android settings; or
• the user uninstalls the application.

5. DATA TRANSMISSION

Cine Multimedia does not currently use a backend server, remote database, cloud database, account system, or API to transmit Project Request form data.

Project-request information entered and completed through the Submit Request button remains on the user's device and is not automatically transmitted to CINE MULTIMEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

6. CONTACT EMAIL AND EXTERNAL EMAIL APP

The Contact Us section displays the following contact email:

admin@cinemultimedia.store

When the user chooses the Email Us action, Cine Multimedia opens a compatible email application installed on the device using Android's email-intent functionality. The app does not send the email automatically.

Any information the user chooses to type into and send through the external email application is handled by that email application and the user's email provider according to their own privacy practices.

7. PERMISSIONS AND DEVICE ACCESS

The implemented version of Cine Multimedia does not request access to:

• precise or approximate location;
• camera;
• microphone;
• contacts; or
• background media recording.

When the user chooses to attach an optional project-reference file, the app uses Android's system file picker. This allows the user to choose a file without granting Cine Multimedia unrestricted access to device storage.

8. SERVICES NOT USED BY THE APP

The current application does not use:

• Firebase;
• analytics SDKs;
• advertising SDKs;
• user authentication;
• user accounts;
• payment gateways;
• payment-card processing;
• cloud databases;
• live tracking; or
• background location services.

Cine Multimedia does not ask users to enter or store full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, card PINs, banking passwords, or other raw payment credentials.

9. DATA SHARING

Cine Multimedia does not sell, rent, or trade the locally retained Project Request information.

Because the Project Request form has no implemented backend transmission, its saved request data is not automatically shared with CINE MULTIMEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, advertisers, analytics providers, or cloud service providers.

If a user independently chooses to send an email through an external email application, that communication is processed by the selected email application and email provider.

10. DATA SECURITY

Locally retained Project Request information is stored within the application's private local storage area provided by Android. Reasonable application-level measures are used to limit access through the normal app interface.

However, no method of electronic storage or device security can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their devices with appropriate device-security controls.

11. USER CHOICES AND DATA DELETION

Users can delete retained Project Request information at any time by using the Clear Local Data option available in the application.

Users may also remove retained app information by clearing the application's storage through Android settings or by uninstalling Cine Multimedia.

Because Cine Multimedia does not create user accounts or store Project Request information on a remote server, there is no separate online account-deletion or server-deletion process for this information.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Cine Multimedia is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not provide child-specific accounts or child-directed services.

If a parent or guardian believes that information has been entered into the app by a child, the locally retained request information can be removed using Clear Local Data, Android app-storage settings, or by uninstalling the application.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Project Request workflow does not rely on third-party analytics, advertising, authentication, payment, or cloud-storage services.

Android system components may be used for functions such as selecting a file or opening an installed email application. Those external applications or services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Cine Multimedia's features, data-handling practices, or legal requirements change. Any revised version should accurately reflect the functionality available in the current version of the app and display an updated effective or revision date.
